Bring your group to CNSE CMOST to enjoy a night in the wild indoors as they explore, discover and imagine the world of science and technology through one of our fun and hands-on Camp-In programs!

Your Overnight Camp-In includes:

  • A variety of hands-on workshops and demonstrations
  • Planetarium show in the Lally Digital Dome and Planetarium
  • Explore time in The Museum
  • Evening snack and light breakfast

Saturday, October 25 2014, Silly Science Magic Camp-In
7:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Join CNSE CMOST staff in this fun and exciting exploration of spooky science fun! We'll create potions, experiment with slime, discover chemistry in the kitchen and much more in this hands-on night of fun and experimentation! This Camp-In meets the Girl Scout requirements for the Home Scientist Badge.

Saturday, November 22 2014, Animal Adventures Camp-In
7:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Join CNSE CMOST staff for a walk on the wild side in this animal adventure. We'll learn about habitats, animal kingdoms and more in this exploration of all things animal! This camp-in satisfies some requirements for the following badges: Girl Scouts - Bugs, Senses, Animal Habitats, Animal Helpers.

CNSE CMOST Scout Camp In Information
Camp-In Fees:
Children: $38.00 per child
Adults: $15.00 per adult.
If you are registering eight or more children, one adult chaperone per every eight children is admitted for FREE. Pre-registration is required. Minimum of 30 Scouts. Maximum of 100 scouts.

Camp-In FAQs

To Register for your Camp-In:

  • Registration is open to individuals, scouts and youth groups.
  • Call 518-235-2120 to reserve your Camp-In space.
  • Due to limited space, Camp-Ins need to be booked at least two weeks in advance.
  • We require a minimum of 30 participants (maximum of 120) to run Camp-Ins, so invite your friends to come along with you to explore and discover the world of science and technology.
